SweetsWorld ships Australia-wide using Australia Post and selected delivery services. Standard shipping is a flat $16.50 across Australia unless a product needs special handling.

In-stock orders are generally dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timing always depends on destination, carrier conditions and peak periods.
Chocolate and other heat-sensitive products need extra care during warmer periods, so this is the section to check if your order is weather-sensitive.
How we handle melt-prone products
Chocolate and other heat-sensitive products may require extra care during hot weather.
During periods of high temperatures, dispatch timing may be adjusted to help protect product quality in transit.
For melt-prone items, choose the fastest suitable shipping option available at checkout where possible.
Some products may require additional protective packaging or special handling.

Use your tracking information to help avoid parcels being left in direct sunlight.

In-stock standard-delivery orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 4 business days, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

If you are sending to a hotel, hospital, workplace or similar location, include all relevant room, floor, suite or delivery details and confirm the site can accept the parcel.
SweetsWorld is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
Stock availability
Some products may sell out before your order is packed.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss a substitute, an updated dispatch timeline or another suitable resolution.
If we do not receive a response in time, we may ship the available items and handle the unavailable item separately.
Shipping surcharges and P.O. Boxes
Some products may carry an additional shipping surcharge due to size, weight, fragility or special handling requirements.
Any applicable surcharge will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
We may be unable to ship certain orders to P.O. Boxes. If your order requires a physical delivery address, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Address corrections and refused parcels
If you request an address correction or delivery intercept after dispatch, additional carrier charges may apply.
If a parcel is refused and returned after dispatch, original shipping charges and any carrier return costs may not be refundable.

Returns and exchanges
Online orders and in-store purchases are handled differently

Online return policy
SweetsWorld sells food and confectionery products, so online returns and refunds are considered only where there is a genuine issue with the order or product.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing an item or has a product quality issue, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sweetsworld.com.au or 1300 526 397.
Do not send food items back without contacting us first. We may ask for photos and order details before confirming the next step.
We do not generally offer direct exchanges. If there is a genuine issue with your order, contact us first so we can review the most appropriate resolution.
If a physical return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we advise otherwise. Please use a trackable shipping service where possible.
Non-edible merchandise purchased in-store may be eligible for return with proof of purchase, subject to store approval and the item’s condition.
Returned non-food merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition, with tags or original packaging where applicable.
Food items, seasonal products and marked final-sale items are not eligible for routine returns due to food safety and product integrity requirements.
If there is a genuine issue with an in-store purchase, please contact the store team as soon as possible. Online orders are handled separately under our online returns policy.
