Our signature Peanut Brittle is famous around Australia because it’s the best and packed with more peanuts than any other brittle! First we select quality roasted peanuts and mix with sugar to create a sticky caramelised toffee mixture in a big copper pot. This liquid gold is then mixed and spread out onto a tray by hand. Once cool we roller cut into the perfect sized squares and pack ready for you to enjoy!
