Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, including metro cities, regional towns and remote postcodes. Delivery is available to every Australian state and territory.
Can I add a personalised gift note?
Yes, and it is free. At checkout you can leave a personal message and we will include it with the parcel. We never place invoices or pricing inside gift orders — the recipient only sees your note.
How fast is dispatch?
Most orders leave us within one business day. Standard Australia Post delivery is typically 2–5 business days, and Express Post generally arrives in 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes — just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Your details stay on the billing side, and the recipient receives the parcel with your personal message, no pricing visible.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
Australia Post will usually leave a collection card so the recipient can pick the parcel up from their local post office. You can also select Authority to Leave at checkout if you would prefer the parcel be left safely at the address.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do not currently offer same-day courier delivery, but Express Post orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day. If you are in Newcastle, you are welcome to collect in-store.
