Chilli Willies Fire in the Hole is a more traditional vinegar based hot sauce made with cayenne chillies and a good dose of black pepper to deliver a nice consistent heat. I consider a hot sauce like this a great all-rounder so I will smother it on anything and everything but the ingredients shine through on a good steak or burger.
