A 5 1/2″, 4.6 oz (130g) egg made out of 40% cocoa milk chocolate and decorated with Ruby chocolate.
To make this beautiful egg, we blended two milk chocolates from Cacao Barry to achieve a darker milk with an intense cacao flavor that is also deliciously smooth and milky. The egg is decorated with naturally pink Ruby chocolate, which is made from unfermented beans using a process that preserves their natural red color.
