Harry Ramsdens CHIP SHOP Curry Style Sauce is easy to make and tastes great poured over hot chips or to make up a quick curry meal.

To Prepare:

• Empty the contents into a measuring jug and add up to 280ml (1/2 pint) of boiling water.
• Whisk briskly until thoroughly mixed.
• Allow to stand for a minute or two, then stir again and serve.

For a quick Chicken Curry:

Make up sauce and then add cooked, chopped up chicken and peas, heat thoroughly and serve with rice or naan bread.

Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, WHEAT Flour (Contains: Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Curry Blend (Ground Turmeric, MUSTARD Seed, Fenugreek Seed, Coriander Seed), WHEAT Flour (Contains: Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Chilli Powder, Fennel Seed, Cumin Seed, Onion Power), Curry Blend (Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Ground Pea, Salt, MUSTARD Flour, Chilli Powder, Ginger, Fennel Seeds, Dill Seeds, Cumin, Garlic Powder), Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Flavour (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (SOYA, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)),  Flavour Enhancer (E621).

Make-Up Instructions:

Empty the sachet contents into a measuring jug, add boiling water up to the 280ml (1/2 pint) level, and whisk briskly until thoroughly mixed.  Allow to stand for 1 to 2 minutes to allow thickening, then stir again.  If required, add more hot water to thin down to the desired consistency before serving.

For a Quick Chicken Curry:

Make up the sauce as per the instructions, add cooked, chopped chicken and peas, heat thoroughly and serve with rice or naan bread.
