Ruby chocolate was developed by Swiss chocolatier Barry Callebaut after years of experimenting and taste testing (tough gig, hey?) and is the first new variety of chocolate after milk, dark and white, to launch in almost 80 years. It’s made from ruby cocoa beans, which gives it its natural pink colour and sweet, berry-like flavour.
The ruby chocolate bullets also contain zero artificial nasties and are made from sustainably sourced cocoa, so you can feel extra smug after eating a whole bag of these bad boys.
