It has been a dream of ours to create a chocolate salted caramel made with Pepe Saya Butter and Olsson’s Sea Salt.
It’s the butter and salt that make a salted caramel bon bon so delicious. The better the butter, the better the caramel, dipped in chocolate and then sprinkled with sea salt flakes, giving the bon bon the perfect rounded finish,

Cream, Sugar, Glucose (maized-derived), Evaporated Milk, Pepe Saya cultured butter, milk chocolate (33.6% Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin (emulsifier), natural vanilla flavouring), Olsson’s sea salt and vanilla paste.
