Harry Ramsdens CHIP SHOP Curry Sauce 48g

Product Description:

A traditional chip shop curry style sauce which is intended to give you the closest possible Harry’s Chip Shop style curry experience.

This sauce is easy to make and tastes great poured over hot chips or to make up a quick curry meal.

To Prepare:

* Empty the contents into a measuring jug and add up to 280ml (1/2 pint) of boiling water.
* Whisk briskly until thoroughly mixed.
* Allow to stand for a minute or two, then stir again and serve.

For a quick Chicken Curry:

Make up sauce and then add cooked chopped up chicken and peas, heat thoroughly and serve with rice or naan bread.

Make-Up Instructions:

Empty the sachet contents into a measuring jug, add boiling water up to the 280ml (1/2 pint) level, whisk briskly until thoroughly mixed.  Allow to stand for 1 to 2 minutes to allow thickening, stir again.  If required, add more hot water to thin down to desired consistency before serving.

For a Quick Chicken Curry:

Make up the sauce as per the instructions, add cooked chopped chicken and peas, heat thoroughly and serve with rice or naan bread.
